A quiet practice, built on trust.
123 Technology has looked after London's most discerning organisations since 2004 - not by advertising, but by being the firm people quietly recommend.
We set out to build the IT partner we would want ourselves: small enough to care, capable enough to rely on, and discreet enough to trust with anything.
Founded in 2004 and based in Mayfair, we have grown almost entirely by referral. One client introduces the next, which keeps us honest - you cannot coast when every new relationship arrives on someone else's recommendation.
We deliberately serve a particular kind of organisation: family offices, foundations, advisory firms and communications firms. They differ in many ways, but they share a need for confidentiality, reliability and advice they can trust without a second opinion.
The principles behind the practice.
Six commitments that have not changed in over two decades, because they are the reason clients stay.
Prevention over cure
We would rather stop a problem at midnight than be thanked for fixing it at nine. Most of our work, you never see.
Boutique attention
A named team that knows your people and your systems. No tiers, no tickets lost in a queue, no being passed around.
Plain speaking
Straight advice, without jargon or the upsell. If you do not need it, we will tell you so.
Absolute discretion
Our clients value privacy above almost everything. We are built to deserve that trust.
Relationships, not contracts
Many clients have been with us for over a decade. We earn each year, rather than lean on the small print.
Quietly capable
Boutique in feel, enterprise in capability. You give up nothing on either count.
If we sound like your kind of firm, say hello.
Tell us a little about your organisation, and we will tell you, plainly, whether we are the right fit.
